Is a covalent bond between carbon and hydrogen polar?

In the acetic acid molecule, do the hydrogen atoms have a positive charge due to their polar bond with carbon, or isn't the bond polar?

The bond is most certainly polar. Carbon is slightly more electronegative than hydrogen (remember the mnemonic: For Our CLam Bake Never BRing Cooked Salted Pig Ham) so the bond is polar and the hydrogen will be positive.
