How is it fair that a person under the age of 18 with a job can be taxed but cannot vote?



Is that not taxation without representation. Isn't that the whole reason that we revolted against Great Britain?
I agree that most 16 year olds do not have enough intelligence to vote. However, I feel that it is unconstitutional to take money from someone without giving them the right to chose how the government uses it.
