How do I transfer the stocks I personally own to my S corporation?
I own about 30,000 worth of stocks with eTrade.
Since the taxation is very high each time I make profit, I would like to transfer all my stocks to the S corporation that I own.
How to make this transfer happen?

Your S-corp is a disregarded entity. You STILL pay the same EXACT taxes whether you sell the stock or the S-corp sells the stock.
