How can I transfer the title of my car to a new person if I am still paying off a loan on the car?
Do I need to pay off the loan before transferring the title to the car?

I'm not sure how the loan effects the process. It might be less of a headache to pay it off first. Then you can just go to the DMV and fill out the forms to transfer the title over.
