How long until receiving payment from Student Finance England after sending declaration Form?

I send out my declaration form to the student finance in Glasgow exactly 10 days ago and still haven't received anything.
How long does it take? I owe money to my Universities accommodation team, they said it usually takes 5 working days for me to receive payment from Student Finance.

Have you tried calling Student Finance England to ensure they've received your form, and if so to see how long it should take?
