If corporate taxes and the estate tax are examples of double taxation; what else could be double taxation?

Should workers pay income tax if their employer paid taxes on the money they're using to pay their workers?
Should employers pay taxes on the money they make if their clients paid taxes on the money they're using to pay for the goods or services they're consuming? And how is it that taxing the incomes of each eligible individual entity separately is double taxation yet taxing incomes and consumption of the same eligible individual entity(such as Cain's 9 9 9 plan) isn't?
