What happens to a stock when it falls below 5?
Lets say you hold a widely held financial stock.
The price drops below 5 a share.
Mutual fund companies are forced to sell it at 5?
Would that drastically drop the price of a stock?
Anyone have any experience with a widely held stock that drops below 5 dollars a share?

Stocks were devices used in the medieval times as a form of physical punishment involving public humiliation. When a villager had committed an offence of some kind, this was one of the options in the local justice system's arsenal.
The perpetrator's hands, head or limbs were placed inside this wooden structure to immobilize them. The unfortunate victim was then subject to the shame of being seen in such a state by all the townfolk - some of whom chose to throw rotten fruit or eggs to add to the penalty.
These old stocks are still in place in the centre of their village - although modern health and safety culture has deemed it necessary to place perspex barriers in the holes, lest anyone attempt to recreate the punishments of the past for themselves!
