What are my chances of gettin a personal loan?

I am looking to get a personal loan to do some remodeling around the house. I am looking for $ 3500. I have a FICO of 715. I have 4 credit cards with perfect payment history with about 25% of the credit limit used. I have had 3 car loans with no missed payments as well as my student loans with no missed payments. Should I be worried I would be denied?

Physical Characteristics
Photinia serratifolia is an evergreen Shrub growing to 8 m (26ft 3in).
It is hardy to zone 7. It is in leaf 12-Jan It is in flower in April, and the seeds ripen from Sep to October. The flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by Insects.

Suitable for: light (sandy), medium (loamy) and heavy (clay) soils and prefers well-drained soil. Suitable pH: acid, neutral and basic (alkaline) soils and can grow in very alkaline soils.
It can grow in semi-shade (light woodland) or no shade. It prefers moist soil.

Requires a well-drained fertile soil in a sheltered position in sun or light shade[1, 200]. Prefers a warm soil that is not too heavy or close[11]. Tolerates calcareous soils[11, 200]. Layering in autumn. Partially sever the layer about 12 months later and lift in the following spring. High percentage[200].
