So I live in Kuwait now, and I needed to transfer money from my bank in america to a bank here. How do I do that?

Wire transfer... talk to the bank in Kuwait and give them the information about the bank and bank account in the other country. You will need the bank name, bank routing number and of course the bank account number you want to transfer funds into.
