What kind of finance jobs should I apply for coming out of college?
I don't have any experience so I looked into clerk positions but on most of the ads they ask for 2-3 years of experience. I've also considered going back to school to major in computer science because it seems hard to break into finance.

Right out of college, you need any job you can get as long as it is in your field. It's hard to get a job in finance without any experience, though. You might want to take a few accounting courses and try to get a job through accounting or bookkeeping. These jobs are usually in demand. And then, once you have some experience, you can try to move into finance.
