If Wells Fargo purchases Wachovia, What will happend with the people that have stocks with Wachovia. In other words, will Wachovia's stocks grow? or what?

If you're asking about Wachovia stock itsself, then stockholders will get the price that WF offers, or the equivalent in WF stock.
If you're asking about stocks in a Wachovia brokerage account, then they'll be held by WF.
