I will answer this, but it will lead o more questions on your part. If you are age 16+ seek an internship at a brokerage.
Stocks are an equity ownership in a company.
A broker is someone whom acts as an intermediary/go between for those wanting to purchase stock and those wanting to sell stock.
To become a stock broker, in the past you needed to have general working knowledge of investment products in addition to having exceptional customer service skills, and being able to sell your services.
Most are required to become licensed, and registered with FINRA. Additional requirements vary by brokerage.
I think a local "branch" of a brokerage or full service bank would be an ideal start for you.
Bank of America
Wellsfargo
Citibank

Taken to go with my images of filleting a sockeye. Inevitably one is left with bones, head and actually a fair amount of flesh - no matter how skillfully you wield the knife some meat gets left on the bones. So you make stock with the remains. In this pot is some celery, a carrot, a small onion and some parsley stalks. Do not let it boil - that is why the thermometer is in there. Simmer gently for 20 minutes or so. The salmon will fall off the bones and can be used for salmon salad sandwiches. The stock is really good for poaching the fillets.
