What kind of health insurance should I get?

I will be taking a new job in a few weeks and they only offer unsubsidized insurance. They say they have this insurance available but it's a bit pricey. I currently have myself and my 4 month old on my current insurance through my current employer.

Depending on what they have available, what is my best move? Should I take their insurance if it's reasonable? Should I go find insurance on my own? Should I just do an HSA? Any other options available?

I'm semi interested in the HSA, but I still don't fully understand it in simple terms.
