I'm assuming you are looking to invest in the IPOs (Initial Public Offerings) of new public companies. Well, get your usual financial paper like the Wall Street Journal, and find the advertisements for new issues. In these, the lead underwriter, banks, brokers, shares and approximate price, yield, ETC. are listed. Wall Street is pretty tight, so any large firm can get you in. Read your prospectus.
