Stocks is now a good time to get in?

So with stocks down if you are looking for long term investmen.. is this a good time to get in? if so what stocks should I check out??

Think of whats going on as a big WalMart sale. If you know what you are doing and willing to take a risk you can really make some money in the stock markets right now cause everything is being drivin down. Historically, those who invest in stocks have gotten a 10% return but the important thing is you have to take the good with the bad and you cant panic like everyone is right now
