Does the owner of a health insurance policy get a report of visits?

If someone visits a doctor under his medical insurance does the owner of the insurance policy get records of it?

Example: if my brother manages/pays my insurance policy can he find out which doctors I go to and when/why?

Nope. All we see is the bill that shows you (the subscriber) and your eligible dependents under the policy.
