Bank of America has gone from good to awfull I'm closing all accounts, Are there any good small banks?

I'm looking for a bank with a branch in Rhode Island, good online banking and, low or no atm fees.

Try TD Bank they are pretty good, open 7 days a week. You can also try Wachovia.
