How can I found out how much my stock certificates are worth?

I have stock with the following companies. I also have stock in Ford, Heinz,Coke,Dreamworks Animation,Sony,Wal-Mart, Time Warner and two stocks with Disney. How can I find out how much each of these companies stock certificates are worth?

open up the business section of any major newspaper and look up the market price per share of these companies' stocks. you can even just google 'Heinz stock price' and i'm sure you'll find your answer. the certificate should say how many shares you own, so the value is the price per share times the number of shares owned.
