How is work atmosphere(career) in private Banks?

I am planning to jump from Pharma marketing to Banking Career. Will it be a progressive Jump? Which Bank do u think right place to start? Which should be my goal-bank in 2 years there after?

This is the after photo of the exterior façade upgrade of one of the Venture Bank locations in Olympia, Washington near the state capitol building. I-5 better utilized the façade space by adding a double peaked structure and sidewalk valance, these were pre-assembled in our Lacey facility enabling them to be installed onto the building as one unit. I-5 also created large Venture Bank & logo channel letters that were installed to the peaked structure. As an additional upgrade, I-5 specified a deep rust color for the building to tie into the Northwest feel and draw attention toward the peaked structures.
