Where can I find a good student loan with low interest rates?
I don't want to have to apply for a loan every semester or every year.

The best loans available are through the federal government. If you haven't applied for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), that should be your next step. First step - go to www.fafsa.ed.gov, complete the FAFSA online. Step two, call your college or university's financial aid office. They will be happy to help, and will guide you in the right direction.
