Can Bank freeze other bank A/C if I fail to pay my credit card bill?

I have ICICI bank credit card and I am fail to pay its Rs.30000 bill so this ICICI bank can freeze my Bank of India bank A/C?
I want to pay bill of my credit card but it will take few months for payment
