Is the one double-bond in cyclohexene a functional group?

Would it react with H+ or OH-?

Would a triple-bonded Carbon-Carbon bond also react with H+ or OH-?

A double or triple bond is a functional group, although quite low on the priority ranking of functional groups.

And yes, acid catalyzed addition of water across a multiple bond is a common reaction.

Out with the old and in with the new.

The Bond Bridge is currently being built to replace the Paseo Bridge which carries traffic for the north/south I-29/I-35 highway corridor over the Missouri River at Kansas City, Missouri.

All of these shots were taken with a point and shoot camera.
