Identify and describe the different chemical bonds and include examples where they are found?

I really need help, especially with the examples of where they are found.

I already know that:
Strong bonds: Covalent and Ionic
Weak Bonds: Polar, non-polar, and hydrogen.

How do I make this into a decent essay. Please help me:)

Ionic bonds are due to the electrostatic forces between oppositely charged ions and they are non directional an ion exerts a force on any ions that fall within its electrostatic field. There is no formula for ionic compounds but an overall ratio of the ions in the ionic lattice eg MgO means that overall there is one ion of magnesium for every atom of oxygen in the MgO lattice.

Covalent bonds are directional in that they link together just two atoms that share an electron pair which usually comes from both atoms each contributing an electron, but in rare cases both bond electrons comes from one of the atoms. This sharing causes an electron density between the two nuclei of the two atoms attracting and bonding them together.

There are also dipole based bonds which are, at least in inorganic molecules, intermolecular forces, they attract together different molecules not atoms within the same molecule. They are the Van der Waals forces that include attractions between permanent dipoles and between induced dipoles(dispersion forces). Hydrogen bonds are a special case of permanent dipoles between hydrogen and either oxygen, nitrogen or fluorine.
