How to get accident removed from my insurance that was not my fault?
It happened back in Nov 2009. I was with a different insurance and different car. I noticed on my new insurance that it says I was at fault. I called my insurance company but they said there was nothing they could do. I never called it in on my old insurance cause there was no damge to my car.

Call the Department of Insurance in your state and file a complaint against them for reporting the accident was your fault when it wasn't.
