Will it be a good idea to take finance?

I am good at accounting but I am really bad in maths like general maths statistics n all that we do in school.I was alwayz bad in maths.Now I dont know how are the maths in finance.Are those common maths related or like maths that we do in accounting?I want to study finance as this subject had greater demand in job field.But am wondering will it be a proper choice for me.Pls help me.

Antoinette McKeown, Chief Executive of the Consumer said "The Financial Capability Partnership NI believes immediate joined up Government action to improve the financial capability of every Northern Ireland (NI) citizen should be a key priority for political parties in the forthcoming Assembly Election.

Speaking at the event Finance Minister Sammy Wilson said: "It is vital that as many people as possible are given the knowledge to enable them to manage their finances in this difficult financial climate, and we will continue to work with the Council and the Partnership on this important issue".
