According to my quick securities research AZCO Mining, Inc Glendale, Arizona 85307 appears to be SANTA FE GOLD CORPORATION now.

You will need to contact the Transfer Agent (bottom of the page, link below) to determine if this is true and if your shares of AZCO are convertible into shares of Santa Fe. If so, the Transfer Agent will be able to tell you how to do so.

Palazzo Mezzanotte ("Mezzanotte Palace"), also known as Palazzo delle Borse ("Stock Exchange Palace") is a 20th century building of Milan, Italy, and the seat of the Italian stock exchange. It is located in Piazza Affari ("Business Square"), the city square after which the Italian stock exchange itself is nicknamed. The name "Palazzo Mezzanotte" is a reference to Paolo Mezzanotte, the architect who designed the building.
