Since both banks're nationalized, so its same with regard to safety of money where ever you invest. So see which banks offer higher rate of interest, other services etc. If all thing're same then choose which's closer to you. In this case you may invest half in both banks.

When built in 1896, the Guardian Bank Building was the tallest in Cleveland. The building later served as the National City Bank of Cleveland. When the bank vacated the building, it was converted into Holiday Inn Express in 1999.
The sumptuous former banking hall now serves the lobby of the hotel.
