If true, is it OK for UN ambassador Susan Rice to have and have had investments in Iranian oil companies?

Investments in companies that deal with Iran in trading Iranian oil. And yes, she has had investments related to Iranian oil. Would that make her a little biased towards Hamas and Hezbollah? Good choice for Secretary of State? Only in Obamaland.
They are not Canadian, they are European, as I have heard and read. Royal Dutch Shell to be specific.
