Taken 08/06/12 using the footbridge to suport the camera: From Paddington I decided to head east and took the circle Line to Liverpool Street. For various reasons this and the next three pictures have been uploaded in black and white; with this shot, well I've always thought the London Underground lends itself to monochrome. Probably flicking through 'Rails through London' by C.R. L Coles on a regular basis has influenced me towards this view..
The C Stock will out-live the Metropolitan Line's A Stock, but I think is due for replacement by 2014.
