Does Wal-Mart Employees BCBSA health insurance cover a routine eye exam?
if you have worked/do work for walmart do you know if the health insurance offered by walmart covers a routine eye exam? I know some insurance plans do, does this one?

Eye exams are only covered by Vision Insurance, not health insurance.
Check your employee booklet and see if you have vision insurance that they offer. But, like all insurance or benefits they offer, most likely they offer to you once a year during open enrollment only.
