HA! No insurance is "practically free". Not even close. Unless of course you are in the military or your spouse is in the military. Other than that, if you are low income, you could qualify for medicaid. That's about it though. You can't just go buy insurance once you are already pregnant. Its considered a "pre-existing condition" and some companies may not accept you. Others will charge ridiculous fees.
