If the account is for you and you are to be the sole signing authority on it, then I would expect the legal age of majority. If the account is for a child and a parent or guardian must co-sign withdrawals, then it could be any age.

This beautiful old building in the center of Harvel was, at one time, the local bank. As a matter of fact, the word "Bank" is inscribed on the top step. It is sad to see a structure like this left to deteriorate.

Harvel is a village in Christian and Montgomery Counties, and is located about 35 miles SSE of Springfield. The population of Harvel was 235 at the 2000 Census.
