What difference does it make if you pay $ 100 or a penny? You're speculating on making a quick buck based on the price.

Eg.

I'll sell you a piece of dog crap for a 1 cent...is that a good deal? it'll only cost you a cent so it must be a bargain!

The value of a company is based on its ability to grow, retain, and expand earnings. The market is a mostly efficient place with all factors taken into account. Chances are its priced at a penny because that is what its worth, and no more.
