What is the best investment for my portfolio?
I have an offshore investment portfolio and I manage my own investments. Was looking for some advice on what currently is a good investment to make. I have part of my portfolio in cash and looking at moving this into something with higher returns

The best investment idea is with a specific goal in mind, what maximizes profits for you with low costs at a risk level that you are comfortable with for a time period that you designate.
If you don't know what those qualifiers are, you should not invest in anything.
Try reading some good basic books like Investing For Dummies or The Complete Idiot's Guide to Investing.
