What is Private Health Insurance?
My work provides me with insurance that covers medical and some RX. Is this considered Private insurance? Or is Private insurance when you go and purchase the insurance on your own?

Yes - private health insurance is anything that's not paid for by the government. So if you bought a private policy, or if your employer bought it for you, it's private. Medicare, Medicaid, and some of the state CHIPS programs are public health insurance.
