who knows what is a good bank to open a checking account or savings?

Bank of America is the bank i started with since 18 years but always charged me 35 dollars every time i didn't have money in my checking account. This time was it! I had to pay almost $ 400 for that. So now i want to try another bank? Anybody knows of a good bank in Sacramento?

I don't live in Sacramento but, I have Wells Fargo and they haven't gave me any problems. I suggest Wells Fargo.
