I am 20 years old and need a home loan and buisness loan help me out?

Ok im 20 I need a buisness loan for a company i am starting that will be successful 100% sure. Also need a loan for a house as i will be working out of my home. I am planning a non-profit collective for seriously ill patients. I need some startup money and a home loan so I can begin working how likely is a bank willing to give me a loan, having nothing?
