How easy is it to get a job in the investment field AFTER getting a bachelors degree in finance?

I need to know because I heard to get some jobs in Finance you dont even need a degree.

Extremely easy... if by "investment field" you mean a financial planner, in which case I believe all you need is a pulse, and even having that could mean you are overqualified. If you want to go into the "investment field" at say, a hedge fund, private equity firm, or investment bank, just having a degree in finance will make things difficult. But, since finance is a fun, laid back degree to pursue, even if you don't get a job dealing with investing you still win in my opinion since studying finance is entertaining.
