How can I prevent a speeding ticket from making my insurance go up?
I got pulled over and as of right now the insurance is already high. I am 18 living in KY. First time offense. Any way I can prevent insurance going up?

If you go to court, and plead it down to a parking ticket most insurance companies don't care about them so they won't raise your rates over that. Also, if that's not possible, insurance companies only run your motor vehicle report on renewals, and sometimes they will skip a renewal or two depending on your previous history.
