I am looking for an insurance company that will cover dune buggy rentals. What exactly am I looking for? Liability, umbrella, etc? Are there any nationwide companies that specialize in ATV or ORV rental insurance?

No, you won't find any national company specializing in this - 99% of the insurance companies won't touch it.
You won't find an insurance company giving you physical damage coverage, either.
